Pizza, soda, and ice cream may be added to your party package for an additional cost. 

You are welcome to bring any other extra decorations and a cake. Pizza, soda, and ice cream may be added on for an addition cost. We will provide balloons and tablecloths for the party.

• Anyone who participates in the activities (FlowRider, bowling, ropes course, etc.) is counted in the total. If you are just an observer, you are not counted. 

Any changes to your party can be made when you arrive, if you have an extra child or you decide you want more pizza your host can add that on for you. Just speak with your host.

We have an online booking system on our website that you can book your party on. 

If you are trying to book a party and it says no times are available, it usually means we are fully booked for that day. You may call our events line (801)224-5002 or email events@provobeach.com, we are open 9am to 5pm most days. If that line does not answer leave a message and someone should get back as soon as possible. If you need immediate answers call our front desk (801) 224-5001. 

• Each party is different regarding activities, but every birthday includes: 

  • A Room or Cabana Space (for 1 hour) 

  •  Arcade credit for each child 

  • 500 redemption credit for the birthday child

Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours (2 days). If you need to cancel within 48 hours, we can apply in store credit. However, we do not allow any refunds within 24 hours.
